Amp Up With High-Alkaline Recipes!
These high-alkaline recipes will help increase your energy & jump-start your metabolism, while amping up your overall health to a whole new level – body, soul & spirit!
But as with any cleanse, you are going to experience detoxification. So take it slow and aim for 80/20; an intake of 80% alkaline and 20% acidic foods. The main thing is to have fun while you are doing it!
Before we dive into creating recipes here are a few tips to remember…
First Things First
– JOURNAL your journey each day PLUS keep a food dairy of what you eat. Refresh yourself with how to journal >>> HERE!
– PEE TEST by checking your first and second urine of the day! What you put into your body is going to have a direct effect on how well your body performs. The proof is in the pee! (More on that later!)

– Hydrate with plenty of water helps your body function properly and metabolize stored fat. If you do not get enough water, your body will respond by storing water – hence water retention.
